As of 2017, I seem to have crossed over to being more active on Mastodon (mainly [https://toot.cat/@woozle toot.cat]) than [https://plus.google.com/102282887764745350285 Google+]
As of January 2018, I am now the owner/operator of [https://toot.cat toot.cat], a Mastodon instance with a few hundred users.

As of January 2018, I am now the owner/operator of toot.cat, a Mastodon instance with a few hundred users.

As of mid-2017, I seem to have crossed over to being more active on Mastodon (mainly toot.cat) than Google+

  • It's really nice to feel like my posts aren't somehow contributing to the plutonomy.
  • I'm also looking for alternatives that more closely approximate G+/FB.
    • Hubzilla is looking pretty good but needs more people. (If you're on Diaspora or Friendica, federate with me!)

I do still occasionally post on Facebook and even #birdsite.
