What I've Been Up to Lately finally, some answers to this eternal question!

Mainly I've been working on a software project which it probably doesn't make sense to talk about much until more of it is working. The short version is that I need some tools to help me manage web sites better -- and even though there are a lot of existing tools for this, they don't work well for the way I think, so I'm writing some tools that do.

• In September 1984, my then-favorite radio station's owners decided it should switch formats. They brought some of the former DJs back to talk about stuff. I made some tapes:
