2012-07-12 MediaWiki upgrade; pardon the mess. DPL is apparently no longer supported.

2011-10-19 I just moved the site and upgraded MediaWiki and it took me 3 days and things still aren't quite right, but we'll get there. Time for some new mechanisms...
